December 21, Wednesday -DEUX MILLE ONZE ANNS LE VINGT-ET-UN, DECEMBRE, MERCREDI

We did three activities in class. First for those students who haven't complete their color by French numbers were asked to work on it for 15-20 minutes while the other students who have done the task used small whiteboards to practice the French numbers. Next we did a quiz on French number. After the quiz we corrected the answer and then students spent 10-15 minutes to play Go Fish in French.

December 20, Tuesday-DUEX MILLES ONZE ANNS LE VIGNT, DECEMBRE - MARDI

Today 7th and 8th period students we learned the colors.
blanc = (blank) = white
noir = black
bleu= blue
rouge = red
rose = pink
vert = green
violet = purple
brun = brown
gris = gray
orange= orange
jaune = yellow


we introduced the colors, played a game to practice recognizing the colors and their sounds, and then we used small whiteboards to practice the spelling of the French colors. After that we made a Christmas tree with "Joyeux Noel" and worked on a page with numbers and colors. Students had to figure out the french numbers first and the color.

December 16, Friday - DEUX MILLE ONZE ANNS LE DIX-NEUF, DECEMBRE VENTREDI

For 7th & 8th period foreign language survey students, after we reviewed the French numbers, doing a French number package, and correct the answer, we watched a 20-min video about Christmas which happened in France during World War II.  Students were asked to write the summary about the story and predict what would it happen next.

December 14, Wednesday - DEUX MILLE ONZE ANNS LE QUATORZE, DECEMBRE, MERCREDI

For 7th and 8th periods, we learned the French numbers from 20-99, vingt, trente, quarante, cinquante, soixante, soixante-dix, quatre-vingt, quatre-vingt-dix, etc. We also listned to the pronunciation online. Next students worked on the French number package which is worthy of 86 pts. After students' done their package, we corrected the answer.
